Steel Support was born out of personal experience—helping elderly parents complete forms and upload documents for essential benefits and services. We realized that many others face the same challenges, and we wanted to provide a straightforward, trusted solution.

We were also helping people when away on holiday or business. We realised many people need someone to check in on their home while away or ensure their pet(s) is safe and well cared for.

Based in Sheffield, Steel Support is run by married couple Lesley and Steve Kelly.
